I first started yoga with Peta when I was 16 weeks pregnant and still take part in her postnatal classes at 10 months postpartum. Her classes are a highlight of my week with beautiful flows and a chance to wind down. I’d highly recommend!

I attended Peta's pregnancy yoga classes from 12 weeks and they were amazing for all those aches and pains and always came away feeling totally relaxed. Now 7 months post partum I am still doing postnatal yoga with Peta! She is brilliant and spends a lot of time developing new flows and giving suggestions for your individual needs. I look forward to this every week, can't recommend highly enough.



I did pregnancy yoga with Peta throughout my second and third trimester and couldn't recommend it enough. The positions, mindfulness and breathing techniques we covered were really helpful throughout both the pregnancy and labour, and Peta's approach to discussing birth was positive and refreshing. In addition, these yoga classes nurtured an environment to meet expecting mums and discuss labour choices openly. Overall, just a really lovely calm experience.
