MY CLASSES
Yoga for Pregnancy classes are back face to face. For those that can't attend in person, there is the ability to join via Zoom. Classes are taught at Bristol Yoga Space in their lovely light and spacious studio. Look forward to meeting you soon.
YOGA FOR PREGNANCY
Classes are suitable for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy up to and beyond 40 weeks, specifically designed to help you focus on your changing body and developing baby. Whether you are new to yoga or already practising, you will benefit from the breathing techniques, positions and relaxations. All of which are developed with pregnancy and childbirth in mind, to increase flexibility and strength in preparation for motherhood and to help you feel more comfortable in pregnancy.

POSTNATAL YOGA
Classes are suitable for women from six weeks postnatal. Firstly it’s all about gentle postnatal recovery - pelvic floor work and abdominal toning and then strengthening the muscles and easing those aches in the shoulders and back. A time to enjoy some calm in the company of other new mums.
