YOUR QUESTIONS

If your question isn't answered here, please get in touch

Are you looking for just the right yoga class to answer your needs? Still not sure which class is best for you? These FAQs can help. If you have additional questions, I am here to answer.

WHEN CAN I START YOGA FOR PREGNANCY?

You can start Yoga for Pregnancy from 12/14 weeks; it depends on how you're feeling. Most women benefit from attending weekly and this can help you to be more familiar with techniques that you can use in your birth journey.

WHEN CAN I START POSTNATAL YOGA?

You can start Postnatal Yoga from 6 weeks or whenever feels right for you after 6 weeks. If you're worried about anything before starting classes, do get in touch.

I HAVEN'T DONE YOGA BEFORE, CAN I STILL ATTEND?

Absolutely, no experience is necessary. We practise yoga with a specific focus on the pregnant or postnatal body, making sure everything is right for you.

HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?

Classes must be pre-booked. Click HERE to go to Bristol Yoga Space booking page for Pregnancy Yoga classes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along. However I do have mats that can be used and these are cleaned after every class. You don't need to have any specific kit; just wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow / cushion and blanket for the relaxation at the end of the class.
